HOW TO BUY!
Direct bank transfer payments only!
China and international customers can securely transfer a payment directly to us from their bank.
Simply send us an email telling us which piece you are interested in buying, once you are ready to purchase we will send you our UK bank details in order for you to safely transfer your payment.
We can also hold any piece for you for a small deposit.

Postage & Packing
We have many years of experience packing and sending art, antiques and collectibles to China, always making sure that even the most delicate and valuable deliveries travel securely so that they remain in perfect condition throughout transit.
Free international postage and packing on most orders, larger items may incur costs. Items will be shipped in strong secure packaging. (Tracking number will be supplied)
All items will be well packed and sent via Parcel Force Global Priority or UPS with full insurance & tracking. (Insurance is optional & costs 2% of any purchase price)
You may return any item within seven (7) days of receipt. A refund will be issued upon return of the item in the same condition to us. After seven (7) days of receipt the sale is considered final and any return will be at the discretion of Tiger Antiques.
In the unlikely event and item is lost or damaged during transit no monies will be paid back to the customer until we have successfully been reimbursed from the insurance company ourselves. (This only applies to customers who purchased insurance cover)
All returned monies will be minus our postage costs.
