Payments

Customers are welcome to view by appointment any item they may be interested in. Email me to arrange an appointment.

Payments! Direct bank transfer payments only!

International or UK customers can securely wire a payment directly to us from their bank.

Simply send us an email telling us which piece you are interested in buying, once you are ready to purchase we will send you our UK bank details in order for you to safely transfer your payment.

We can also hold any piece for you for a small deposit.

Postage, Packing & Insurance

All items will be well packed and sent via Parcel Force Global Priority with full insurance & tracking. In the unlikely event and item is lost or damaged during transit no monies will be paid back to the customer until we have successfully been reimbursed from the insurance company ourselves.

We have many years of experience packing and sending art, antiques and collectibles to China, always making sure that even the most delicate and valuable deliveries travel securely so that they remain in perfect condition throughout transit.

Free international postage and packing on most orders, larger items may incur costs. Items will be shipped in strong secure packaging. (Tracking number will be supplied)

All items will be well packed and sent via Parcel Force Global Priority or UPS with full insurance & tracking. (Insurance is optional & costs 2% of any purchase price)


Returns & Terms

Before I list any items for sale on this website I fully ensure the history, condition, provenance & authentication of each piece is rigorously checked. I also appoint an independent specialist to concur with my own authentication & descriptions.

General Returns

You may return any item within seven (7) days of receipt. A refund will be issued upon return of the item in the same condition to Irv. After seven (7) days of receipt the sale is considered final and any return will be at the discretion of Irv Graham.

Not as Described Return policy

In the highly unlikely situation an item is proved to be not as described, we refund the actual paid price (minus shipping & handling costs and insurance fees).

Under Not as Described Return policy, for instance the item is proved to be a copy or fake then there is no time limit for a return.

Refunds will be granted only by any claims which are supported by written statements from one of the following sources below:

1. Christie’s, Sotheby’s or Bonham’s Asian Art specialists.
2. A curator of Asian arts from major museums.
3. A recognized test such as Thermo luminescence from a recognized laboratory such as (Oxford Authentication Ltd)
4. A written opinion of one recognized expert in the field, mutually acceptable to Irv Graham & the buyer.

All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold.

All returned monies will be minus our postage costs.
